Meet Tina!
Life Transitions Coach
I’m Tina! I’m a life transitions coach! I’m here to give you support and encouragement as you tackle the challenges that come with moving from one season of life into another. Do you feel stuck, are you questioning your identity, are you confused, overwhelmed, fearful or maybe even sad when you talk about the next chapter you are moving into? Whether this is a season you have desired, or one that was unforeseen, these feelings are common for most people to one degree or another.
We will work together to...
-
Define your roles and identity in the new relationships, life, and/or environment you are in.
-
Evaluate your expectations and set more realistic ones based on your new reality.
-
Acknowledge your emotions.
-
Adopt a mindset of compassion and patience with yourself; life-transitions can be hard and it takes space and time to learn and grow.
-
Create a life you love!

My Values & Approach
I’m a Christian who loves God and is grateful for his grace and love for me! I will coach from that world view perspective. With that said, I value all people and enjoy learning from others. Another thing that defines me, is my love for coffee! That needed to be said! The sessions are designed to be comfortable and feel like two friends sharing life over a cup of coffee! Life transitions can be difficult for many of us, and I want to help you reach your full potential and create a life you are ready to embrace! I will offer honest feedback and accountability to help you succeed at your goals!
Grow Through What You Go Through!
Sometimes it can be helpful to know what those around you have been through. Below you'll find a timeline of transitions that I have worked through over the years!
6 Tips For Getting the Most
Out of Your Coaching:
1. ENJOY IT! You have my full attention. I am trained to not only hear what is in your head, but
also your heart. While your situations may be quite serious in nature, we can also experience
times of lightness and laughter. Working together should be something you look forward to.
2. COME PREPARED. Give time to reflect on the past week/weeks/month and your progress. Get
in the right head space and be prepared to talk about your previous action steps. On those days
when you feel frazzled or not ready for the call, make it anyway, as it can be very valuable in
helping you deal with stress.
3. PRACTICE AWARENESS. You will find yourself making changes. There will be areas of your life
that you are experiencing increased effectiveness and satisfaction. You will also find yourself
being very clear on what you want and being able to set goals to get it.
4. BE OPEN TO THE PROCESS. It may take some time. Be gentle with yourself and allow time for
the process.
5. BE REALISTIC. Some coaching sessions will have moments of deep clarity that will help you
turn corners, some provoke new ideas and creative action, and some will simply be times that
are just part of the overall process.
6. DEVOTE YOURSELF TO THE WORK. Our work will sometimes be very purposeful, goal-directed
and and homework driven. Other times it will be very broad in scope, requiring time in
reflection, prayer and even meditation on God’s word. Either way, your real growth will come
from the work you do in the time between our sessions.
I do not have the answers you are looking for, but I will walk faithfully with you as you seek
them from the One who does. This is a great opportunity for you to make this a pivotal season in
your life!
I am looking forward to working with you.
Policy Information
The Client & Coach Relationship - What to Expect
Welcome! I am excited about partnering with you to help you discover the unique plan God has
for your life! As your coach I am committed to you and your best interests. I will give you my
undivided attention, ask thought provoking, creative and sometimes hard questions. I will
challenge and encourage you to explore new avenues while partnering with you to develop your
best plan for success. As we work together, be ready and willing to make changes and spend the
neccessary time completing your action steps (plan).
My strengths in life transiton coaching will help you creatively reflect, think through the
challenges that are present in most life transitions, quickly get to the heart of an issue, and
develop practical strategies to move forward into a future you are excitied about.
You set the agenda of the calls. There may be a time in our conversation that I make a request of
you. It is your option to accept, reject or modify those requests to make them better work for
you. I may at times offer advice, suggestions or opinions but you determine whether or not
those offerings are a right fit for you.
The action steps that are set from our conversations will come from you and are ultimately your
responsiblity. If there is a lack of clarity over anything, please question it immediately. I will
often ask you to explore ideas that may be beneficial, but I will not tell you what to do. As your
coach I will provide accountability, support and a structured approach to achieving your goals.
Provide yourself with adequate time to progress. Coaching is an investment in yourself. The
benefits multiply themselves for a lifetime. I would recommend finding a way to take notes, jot
down assignments/action steps and any learning you have obtained through this process.
Coaching is never to be confused with therapy. If we get to a point where counseling seems
appropriate, I will let you know. Please let me know if you’re working with or begin working with
a mental health professional. I would also suggest that they are made aware that we are
working together to ensure that you are getting the best possible care.
The Client & Coach Relationship - Discussions

cost if you have a victory to share or a problem that needs immediate attention. If it is on a

* Legal obligations: Coaches must disclose confidential information if required by
law or if there is a risk of harm to the client or others.

supervisors or seek professional consultation while ensuring client anonymity and
confidentiality.
We will discuss ideas, alternatives, possibilities and options. I may offer a possible solution or a
different perspective, but ALL decisions are yours!
Honesty and open communication will be the keys to our success. If something doesn't feel
right, let me know and I will work to resolve it.
